Day 25 Airlie Beach By Adelaide!🐚

This morning we woke up at Luke and Chris’ house. We stayed in bed for ages but while we were in bed Bill was cooking egg and bacon for breakfast. We finally got up when we could smell the scent of cooked bacon and eggs. While we were having bacon and eggs we could see Adam playing netball so we went out to him after we ate our breakfast.

We then went for a drive to a very pretty beach called Monte’s but it was closed so we had to go back in the car. More driving and we end up at another beach but this one wasn’t closed. It was called dingo bay. We end up having the morning tea that Chris made us and having a little fish. Chris’s rolls were delicious and Paddy and Mum almost caught a fish. Paddy wasn’t to annoyed when he didn’t catch a fish because he kept on catching squids. (The squids were Paddy’s bait).
Here are some photos.

We couldn’t catch any fish so we gave up on that and went to another another beach that had a fenced off part that was safe to swim in. Bill, Till, Adam and I all had a great game of keepers off in the water, and played on the playground. Paddy liked to ride the rocking horse like he was a jockey and a bucking bull rider.
Here are some photos!

A good swim always makes you hungry so we went to the pub and ordered pizzas and chips. Dad got us kids a raspberry lemonade that tasted like coconut licorice sort of flavour. The pizzas and the chips were delicious!

There’s nothing better then to be home and relaxing so we went home and us kids played a big game of soccer while the adults got ready to go out for tea. Mum came out to us while we were playing soccer and said goodbye and be good. The game went on for ages until Bill axedently kicked the ball at my head then everybody started slowly coming back. We went in the house and had showers then ate the burgers Chris made for us. The state of Origin was on so we turned that on but Paddy, Millie and I don’t like it so we played board games together until the adults got back. When the adults got back the state of Origin was still on but it didn’t really matter because we knew that NSW had already won. We are now going to bed.

Goodnight Sleep Tight!😴
