Day 17. Kununurra to El Questro by Bill😀

This morning we had yoghurt for breakie. Then we got ready to go to El Questro. We are leaving our horse float at Kununurra, and we are going to sleep in our swags tonight. This is a photo of Dad getting ready to go.
Now we are going. We got to the sign that says if the Gibb River road is open or not and it was open. We got a photo on the sign.
Now we are  at a big river called the Pentecost River and we had to drive through it. I saw an eagle that had been eaten by a croc. Then Dad and I got some sand because we are doing a project about sand. We had to cross the river and this is how big it is. Now we are at a station called Home Valley Station. We had a swim and we had lunch and I got a sticker and a postcard. This is what the pub looked like. At the start we went through a gate and it looked like this.
When I get a station it is going to have one like this, but instead of the tree I am going to have bull horns and it is going to say: keep out unless related or friends.
Then we went to a LOOKOUT!!! And took this photo. It was a lookout over the Cockburn Ranges.
Now we are going back and we stopped at the Pentecost river and had a fish but we didn't catch anything. Now we are at a caravan park at El Questro. Then we went to a place where we went fishing again ( Chamberlain gorge) but we didn't catch anything but we saw a few little ones.
Then we went to a caravan park with heeps of horses. Then we had a shower because we were very dirty. Then we had a walk and saw a little water fall.
And now we are having tea.
